16th Century Schiltron

Edinburgh Castle is steeped in war. During the Marian Civil War following Mary Queen of Scots forced abdication it was held by her supporters during the "Lang siege" of 1573. Come and see how the Scots of this era fought with pikes in schiltrons and have a go yourself.
