A Welshman who raised the hopes of a nation, Sir Rhys ap Thomas from Llandeilo, and who killed Richard III at Bosworth.

We follow this remarkable man's story with presenter Dr Iestyn Jones and consider the evidence that points to him as a king killer. Through dramatic reconstructions of his last days, a re-enactment of the battle of Bosworth and the evidence of experts, we learn more about one of the most powerful Welshmen of his time who was buried in Carmarthen.
