Historians Suzannah Lipscomb and Dan Jones present this series which looks at Henry VIII through the eyes of his six Queens.

This first episode focuses on Katherine of Aragon and Anne Boleyn. For Henry's first love Katherine, this failure to bear a son began an escalating series of events that tested her dignity, her integrity, her faith and her love for her husband. Anne was intelligent, sophisticated and above all ambitious. She and Henry fell in love and together began to plot Katherine's downfall.
